well. i can answer that cuz i’m one of the shy ones. i look for a sense of humor that isn’t offensive or crude. smart, laid back, kinda open with their mind (but not too much). also, a smile is really encouraging. the girl may not be ready to be talker, if u talk to her. but, give her the chance to become comfortable. let her know that she can trust you and that you care about what she says. i hate it when ppl ask me stuff, then reply with their own life… i want a guy to listen and be interested in who i am and what i’m all about. but don’t expect the girl to come seek you out. you gotta show her that you want to be with her even though she’s really quiet. also, compliments really really really really get a girl outta her shell. if they know that someone thinks she is beautiful or that her hair looks really nice, or that her eyes sparkle, it gives her a sense of confidence. say, a girl could be really quiet because of some reason. like, maybe she didn’t get to wear what she had planned.
